1. Service : cutlery comes first before food or snacks please work on that 2. Charging a glass of hot water after a meal?? 3. Toasted bread should at least be warm if not hot for the butter to melt. Never serve frozen butter. 4. Add more snacks for tea on the menu, chapati etc Ambience is good Friendly waiters and waitresses good Clealiness good
